Integrate

Spare Part integration

Integrate On Key EAMS’ work management process with your ERP. Spare part demand is created in the work management cycle in On Key EAMS. Once a requisition is approved, a corresponding requisition or purchase request must be generated in the ERP system.

The purchasing cycle will then be managed in the ERP system. When spare parts are issued or returned, the transaction is captured in the ERP system and transferred back to On Key.

A typical spare part integration will consist of the following data flows:

  • Master data must be synchronised
  • Approved requisition in On Key EAMS will trigger a corresponding requisition in the ERP system
  • Issues and returns created in the ERP system will be transferred back to On Key EAMS
